  3. In the original packaging, where applicable
  4. Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Order Cancellations
